Whenever possible we use electric vehicles and bicycles and have installed electric charging points.
We use green power and only use LED lighting on our premises. When purchasing produce, we attach particular significance to the sustainability regulations adhered to by our suppliers and the origins of the goods. We have our own herb and vegetable garden.
