SUSHI MEETS HARS WHISKY

It’s well known that the Japanese eat a great deal of fish and seafood prepared in various ways. The fact that they pair it with a glass of good whisky is not something most people are familiar with. However, they are especially fond of a glass of good Japanese whisky as an accompaniment to Sushi.

In fact the liquid gold of whisky and the Land of the Rising Sun are in total harmony.

Master Masaki of Kaiten recommends mild whiskies. “The versatility of Sushi and Japanese whiskies are a match made in heaven. Whether served with fish roe, eel or tuna, the combinations are boundless."
