Jay’s seasonal cuisine experiments with the taste and presentation of local products and the experiences from his many travels. Modern Indian cuisine is justly famous for its complexity, its rich array of aromas as well as its varied methods of preparation. Presentation is also a major focus.
Jay is internationally famous for his brilliant interpretations of Indian dishes and demonstrates the depth and complexity of this cuisine with great imagination and charm.
