The game weeks at the Park Hotel Restaurant from 1st to 31st October 2019 are one of our many culinary highlights.  When autumn mists start to drift across the land, venison and other game specialities from the Iberegg region in Canton Schwyz and the EU appear on our menu.Game or “Wildbret” as hunters here are wont to call it, has an extremely tender texture and is therefore easily digested. It is lean, low in both fat and cholesterol but high in minerals and extremely tasty.
