Begin of the event: 7 p.m.
End of the event: 11 p.m.

The origins of the Christmas traditions that we know today can be traced back to pre-Christian winter solstice celebrations. The ancient Celts considered this to be one of the most important times of the year. The Druids (the priests of ancient Celtic society) celebrated the festival of Alban Arthuan, also known as Christmas, at the time of the winter solstice. 

Be that as it may, the winter solstice is still an excellent time to get together for a few hours away from the hustle and bustle and celebrate. 

Join us for the CELTIC SPIRITS OF CHRISTMAS and let us spoil you rotten with a Christmas dinner prepared for you by Marcel Scheuner and his kitchen brigade. You will also be treated to an extensive selection of whiskies and beers from Ireland and Scotland and beer from Cornwall. 

Our Master of Ceremonies, Mark Chesterfield, will guide you through the evening while the Irish musician, Brendan Wade, will accompany the proceedings with Celtic Christmas music. 

Do join us for an authentic, traditional Christmas evening at the Parkhotel in Zug. The evening will be predominantly conducted in English.
