Our longtime chef, Markus Aichhorn, has decided to go back to his home country Austria with his family after eight years. We thank him for his loyalty for so many years, his great effort and wish him good luck and all the best!
We are very pleased to now introduce to you Gerald Vorreiter as our new chef. He comes straight from Sochi where he opened up three hotels in the luxury segment and where he was head chef until the end of June. As our former chef he is Austrian as well, from the same region of Salzburg and can already look back on an impressive career. His stations were the Kempinski Amman in Jordan, the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Ritz Carlton in Moscow and the hotels of the Capella Hotel Group in Krasnaja Poljana above Sochi.
Already as a child Mr. Vorreiter was fascinated by the many possibilities and the creativity when cooking. Gerald only puts dishes with fresh and natural products on the table. Look forward to a plain kitchen and to a lot of culinary surprises!
